"Someone in their office made a mistake and change my address which in turn caused a policy change and generated an adjust bill. I was not aware since I had just made a payment. They canceled my policy 15 days later. I only was aware of the cancelation becuase I was calling to make another payment. Once they realize the error you would think it would have been easy to just reinstate my policy and move on but they have the never to ask me to pay something. No customer service, no empathy, no care. I am done."
